Clients are required to provide us with some personal information (names, company name, address, project details, payment-related details) so that we are able to fulfill their instructions and to complete requested projects, as well as to process invoices and payment at the end of these projects. This personal information is not shared with any third-party, or used beyond the scope of the project it is related to.
Only invoice records are kept. All other personal information is erased at the end of a project, unless it pertains to an account for accessing an online virtual world.
Log Files
Like many other websites, www.hive-rd.com makes use of log files. These files merely logs visitors to the site – usually a standard procedure for hosting companies and a part of hosting services’s analytics.
